We do understand the amount of time, sacrifice, and commitment one takes when signing to be apart of ministry, so before signing up for a ministry please note the estimated weekly time commitment you are making. Once signing up our ministry directors or team leads will contact you and coordinate a meeting and training if needed.

Communications Ministries

Do you have a passion or an interest in communications? If so, we would love to have you on a team of writers that create weekly newsletters, testimony praise reports, church emailing, and direct mailing material.

The message of Jesus Christ has been the same through out the ages, but methods of communications have consistently changed. Communications Ministry is responsible for copywriting, content developing, and editing for all church communications including the following:

  • Newsletter Team (5 hrs a week): Write and design both hand-copy and digital monthly newsletters.

  • Praise Reports Team (3 hrs a week): Gather and highlight encouraging testimonies within the church body to promote through our digital platform via church app, email, social media, website, and videos.

  • Emailing Team (5 hrs a week): Provide communication to all members and guests of the church.

  • Direct Mailing (4 hrs a week): A personal Method with connections to our members and guest through letters and postcards.

Not so much of a writer, but keeping everyone updated and on the same page is important to you? Then join the following teams that requires less writing, but carries the same weight of communication importance.

  • Social Media Team (3hrs a week): Research and develop strategies to successfully connect viewers to the gospel, through our social media platforms. Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, EVPC App, and website are some example of where our social media teams will be working in.

  • Specialized Mailing Team (2hrs a week): Aid in sending out specialized handwritten cards to individuals of the church when needed.

  • Special Services Team (5 hrs a week): Behind-the-scenes ministry consisting of multiple team members and leaders to plan, coordinate, and decorate special services at the church.
